Striking
Our Striking program aims to provide students with a thorough grounding in the martial arts disciplines of Muay Thai, Boxing, and strength & conditioning. Our knowledgeable teachers will lead students through the fundamentals of each domain, including conditioning exercises and light sparring. They will also train students in drills and techniques for offense and defense. We also provide pad-work sessions to aid trainees in honing their hitting techniques and correcting their form.
Our Striking program aims to increase general physical fitness and coordination and teach specialized methods and tactics. The exercises and drills the students will perform will help them develop their strength, stamina, and agility. Whether a student wants to learn self-defense techniques, compete in martial arts competitions, or get more physically active, our training sessions are customized to meet their needs and goals.

Required Equipment:
We request that all students have the necessary tools in order to guarantee the security and efficacy of our training sessions. For adults participating in our Striking program, this includes:

Headgear, mouthpiece, and shin guards: These protective items are necessary for sparring and pad-work sessions to prevent head, mouth, and legs injury.

Sandals: Sandals are required for students to walk off the matt while participating in training sessions to keep the training area clean and hygienic.
For children participating in our Striking program, we require the following equipment:
