The Kid’s Striking program includes boxing and kickboxing, These classes offer fundamentals, basic positioning, movements, and techniques, as well as more advanced movements, techniques, and sparring practices, Call todya for Kids MMA Las Vegas. Children start at age 5 through age 13. Children 14 years of age and older will attend adult training classes. We encourage children to complete all homework assignments and maintain a 3.0 GPA at school to participate in classes.
The Kids grappling program includes Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu using gi and no gi, and freestyle wrestling, (Judo offered seasonally). The focus will be on ground fighting and submission holds. It focuses on the skill of taking an opponent to the ground, controlling one's opponent, gaining a dominant position, and using a number of techniques to force them into submission via joint locks or chokeholds, check also Kids Wrestling Las Vegas.

Our Grappling program allows athletes to learn the basics of our two main grappling arts, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and freestyle wrestling. Alternatively, we offer additional classes to enhance the skill set towards each athlete's individual goals. We offer No-gi Jiu-Jitsu Las Vegas and MMA classes, and strength and conditioning.
Sparring (commonly referred to as 'rolling') and live drilling play a major role in training, and a premium is placed on performance, especially in competition, in relation to progress and ascension through the grades/belts. Required Equipment: Board shorts and a rash guard should be worn for all No Gi Classes. Shorts cannot have any zippers or buttons that may scratch or injure an opponent.
Kickboxing/Boxing Skills and Drills encourage the development of core fighting skills of punching, kicking, and striking with elbows, strikes with knees, standing grappling, and head butts with a strong emphasis on cardiovascular endurance. With the use of heavy bags, speed bags, focus mitts, this class teaches our students the fundamentals and proper techniques of hand-to-hand fighting.
16 oz boxing gloves and hand wraps. Shin guards, headgear, mouthpiece, cup for sparring are mandatory.
Strength & Conditioning
In our one-hour group sessions, participants will be lead by coaches through multiple phases of fitness and recovery: First part of the class we will go through a skill-based warm-up to prepare the body for the workout; reducing the risk of injury.
Once the body is warmed up and ready to go, the class proceeds with a Strength proponent. Exercises can consist of Deadlifts, Squats, presses, etc. Once we finish with a strength exercise we proceed onto High-Intensity Training Phase.
This could and not limited to be any combination of running, jumping, squatting, kettlebells, weightlifting, and more. All of our workout options are scalable and yet can be made as difficult as one could imagine. Just proven methods for getting individuals strong, fast, and fit.
